This was a very bad storm below severe weather criteria. Pea size hail, 48MPH windgust, and 1.44" of rainfall in a 30 minute period with 3" per hour rainfall rate was all measured from this storm in Port Royal. Flodding was also severe across the area.Hail only fell 10 minutes out of the entire storm and averaged only around pea size but was bright white color and started covering ground before storm stopped and melted. |
