Hail melted rapidly in water on the ground from the heavy rain. I did not record an average size of the hailstones. It seemed they were all coming at about one quarter inch and then upped their game to half inch. I did not venture out to assess the hardness of the hail.
I do not have a hail pad. Sorry. Overall the storm produced 2.29 inches of precipitation. |
