Was outside getting ready to run the mower over some leaves. At 4:05PM, while partly sunny, very light rain began to fall at a slight angle. After about 2-3 minutes noticed tiny pellets bouncing on driveway. Put out my hand and several soft, white pellets about the the size of half a grain of rice collected on hand, then immediately melted. Temp in the mid 40's. Totally stopped by 4:14 PM. |
